Return & Exchange Policy
At Outoshe, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your order confirmation.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all product tags, hygiene liners, and original packaging intact.
- We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Return Process
- Email our customer service team at service@outoshe.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a valid return address (do NOT return items to the address on your original shipping package).
- Ship the item back to the provided address (return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, subject to change).
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refund Information
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refund amounts are based on the item's purchase price, less any applicable return shipping costs (if applicable).
Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are limited to the same product in a different size (subject to inventory availability).
Exchange Process
- Contact our customer service team at service@outoshe.com with your order number and requested size exchange.
- Our team will confirm inventory availability and provide return instructions.
- Ship the original item back at your own cost.
- Once we receive the original item, we will ship the new size to you (shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, subject to change).
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Flash Sale" (unless defective or misdescribed).
- Gift cards, promotional items, and free gifts.
- Items returned beyond the 30-day window.
- Items that are worn, damaged, or altered.
- Intimate apparel (if hygiene liner is removed, for health and safety reasons).
Important Notes
- We do not provide pre-paid return labels at the moment. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return addresses are only provided via customer service; do not return items to any address not confirmed by our team.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and import fees.
- Outoshe reserves the right to update or modify this return policy at any time without prior notice.
